Now You See Me (optometrist) Norwood double charging for a potential error that they made

I had an eye test done and ordered a pair of glasses from Now You See Me optometrist in Norwood. After trying the glasses out for about a week or so and felt that they were giving me a blurry vision, so I decided to return the spectacles. Once I went back, we did a second eye test to validate the issue and the results were inconsistent. I AM NOW BEING CHARGED FOR THE CHANGE IN LENS that had to be done based on the second test which was less than a month ago.
