Windcreen not fixed properly

I got my windscreen replaced by Novis Windscreens end of last year (2015) and I have had ENDLESS PROBLEMS! My car is always wet inside after it has been raining and now also has damp damages.<br> 1) My spare cell phone went missing out my cubbyhole.<br> 2) My windscreen leaks (still at 4 telephonic complaints later) and nothing is fixed.<br> 3) The staff that come and fix the windscreen give you a customer satisfaction form to sign once the job is completed but the page is blank and they say the office staff will complete it, I just need to sign.<br> 4) They offer the service to come to you to fix the windscreen but now when there are problems I have to take my car to their offices.<br> 5) I speak to the manager who continuously interrupts me while I am talking and then he raises his voice and shouts at me. This is totally unacceptable. <br> 6) The dealership where my car was being serviced confirmed that they tested the windscreen with a high pressure hose but also confirmed that this test does NOT test the leak the same way as if it was raining.
