ONPROFESSIONEEL, ONDUIDELIK, ONSENSITIEF! Deposits are demanded upfront as a guarantee for her to “start the process,” yet nothing was started after mine was paid. Months later, I was pushed to pay the full balance – still with no work done. Keep in mind, I ordered 7 dresses and 10 ties for groomsmen. After eventually paying everything in full, I only received 6 dresses – NO ties. When constantly following up about the missing dress and ties, she shamelessly blamed Courier Guy, claiming the second box ended up in Cape Town instead of Limpopo. For a full week she dragged me around with stories of “struggling with Courier Guy,” only to eventually send ONE missing dress. As for the ties? Still nothing – apparently another “Courier mistake.” Excuse after excuse, but never accountability. Her communication is appalling. She is dismissive, evasive, and unprofessional. The stress of her incompetence is apparently the customer’s problem, not hers. This Experience with Novia Atelier was a complete nightmare – unreliable. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Save yourself the money, and especially time! No bride deserves added stress a week before her wedding – yet Novia Atelier seems to specialize in exactly that!
