Stay away from Novia Atelier

We asked Novia Atelier to make our brides****s dressed for a friends wedding in April, months in advance. Poor communication from her end. Ignoring us for days, weeks. After countless excuses from her end, getting her mom to help with the dresses we only received the dresses the week of the wedding (even though she promised to deliver it much sooner). All of the brides****s as well as the bride and groom tried to get a hold of her but she either flat out ignored us or had the one excuse after the other. Loadshedding, her worker being sick etc (even though she had months to make the dresses). Once we received the dresses the week of the wedding we noticed that half of the dresses were a different colour. We asked her why they are not all the same (as per the agreement) and she informed us that she sent the material to someone else to make and he accidentally cut the dresses wrong and she had to go buy other material (but not informing anyone of this). I would definitely not recommend them to anyone at all! Brides and brides****s stay away
