Pathetic

Pathetic!!! Do not answer messages ! Full of excuses!! She needed to send our dresses the 16th Aug and its already the 20th Aug. Don’t think we will even get it on time. She is 4 days late, with a lot of excuses. She want us to go and pick it up from het home but delivery were included with the order. She dont want to refund us on the delivery but want us to come and pick it up by her home. Please don’t waste your time with Novia Atelier, its not worth your time or money!
