Shame on you Novi CapeTown
This is so disappointing. I was just about to take the plunge and complete my first online purchase, when I stopped myself and decided to research more. I thought something was strange when I didn't find a direct account on Insta, and only a sponsored advert. Then I couldn't find an actual address in Cape Town. Turning to Google search and HelloPeter...found bad reviews. Looking at their website again, I found incomplete sentences. All-in-all multiple red flags. 👎 Shame on you Novi CapeTown

Their website is .co.za ,but their listed email address is .com.
This seems strange to me unless it is a legit global company with various regions where they would be transparent by identifying those branches and provide additional address or contact details..... (which this company doesn't).
I am just so glad that I stopped myself. I would have spent and lost R1,5k
