Novi Cape Town Refund Required

The raincoat that I have ordered are way too small for me. I paid R1 400 for the raincoat. I want my full amount paid back to me. Their offer to me is to keep the raincoat which I have no use for as it is too small. Then they only want to pay me 25% of my total cost. According to their email, this is a very good deal. They said I can send back the parcel for my cost. Before I will do that, they need to refund me first. There was no guideline to ensure that I order the correct size raincoat. Feedback is poor and very slow. When I told them that I want to be refunded, they send me these crazy deals of 25%. To me it seems that they don't want to refund me the R1 400. I found them not trustworthy and their customer service is not up to standard.
