Novi -Cape Town

Please be aware that Novi Cape Town is not closing down as advertised. I ordered a genuine leather handbag (as advertised) and received a genuine plastic cheap one. They refused to collect and reimburse me. I have approached the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud on the matter.
