Poor service

I bought party pack and boxes from marlin *** from galaxy sweets/novelty toys. He promised to take returns or exchange every time he comes to the shop. After his last visit i can not get hold of him not only did he over stock me he also over charged me. If anyone know off him please contact me urgently. Sonja ***
