A big thank you for the excellent service received from the team fFrd staff in Paarl. After struggling to get the type of vehicle that I wanted from another branch, Samantha Du Toit and Christo had me sorted out with the type of vehicle and colour of my choice in a matter of 2 days. App**** for my vehicle on Tuesday, approved the next day and drove home with it on Friday. After applying for my vehicle at another FORD branch, a week later, actually to date, no concrete outcome of my application.
