Noval Ford Paarl :-(

I towed in of my XLT 3.2 Ranger to Ford Noval Paarl 3 days ago. Nobody helped or assist at the back to get the bakkie booked in or even checked and recorded the condition of a R500k vehicle. We were left alone at the back and snuggled to park the over 2 ton vehicle by our selfs while Ford staff strolling up and down could not care less. No one from service department could get up from their chairs and around the desk and take 30mnin out of their day to make sure we are sorted. I phoned 3 days later and not even a diagnostic was done. Tmrw is Friday and Ford Worcester will be there before 10am to flatbed the bakkie to Worcester and get the job done. Regards Theuns
