Excellent Customer Service

I have just traded in my car for a brand new one, and I have to compliment three of the staff members at this branch for the excellent customer service, namely Michele, Bridget and Herman. They made the entire process seamless because they always kept me in the loop with constant communication and feedback, personalized my experience by contacting me after hours to make sure my test drive went well, convenient because someone came to my home to do my vehicle inspection after hours, went the extra mile in helping me get a better interest rate and most importantly, they were always upfront with me regarding the process and the financials, so there were no surprises waiting when it came time for me to sign my contract. I would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking to get a great / excellent customer service experience. THANK YOU to you three especially and the entire team who also worked behind the scenes. Fantastic customer service is not something that is common these days but the spirit at your branch is definitely a customer-centric one that the rest of the branches can look to aspire to.
