Windscreen replacement

I have been insured with Novation for 4 months. I recently claimed for a windscreen. The staff who assisted me were very friendly and efficient! Their contractors whom they use could not go out of their way enough to assist with this, times that suited me, they were very professional and helpful. I highly recommend both Novation and their windscreen contractor! Miedel - the sales lady I deal with, has given me nothing but fantastic service! Big thank you!!
