A true customer centric offering, that is led by a dynamic Hendry, who will personally take calls and respond. The offer was clear and honest from inception, and at claim time absolutely hassle free. This is a unique and pleasantly surprising company to deal with in an age of Mega-Insurance and daunting call centres.... where you are a policy No.

I have have known Hendry for over a year now and I can confidently say you should not do yourself a disservice by not at the very least giving them a chance to submit an offer... I believe you will be pleasanlty surprised.

I have had uninterupted comprehensive cover for almost 20 years now, and been with the big names and a few small ones... my only regret... is that I did not come across Novation sooner...
