Super service

I have been with Novation for a while now and I had only claimed for windscreen replacement (no access, I might add😊). In April I was in a car accident and My oh my the service was so quick from my insurance, a lady by the name of Nonhlanhla Shoba *Superstar*. Everything went smoothly...even when the panel beaters were struggling to get parts and taking long, she again intervened and kept me informed. I highly recommend Novation, premiums are reasonable and service is super.

Oh...my plan didn't have access...That was icing on the cake.
