Pathetic service

I have a while back after much anticipation and after speaking to a great consultant that spoke so highly of the company she works for and have done my research, joined and entrusted this company to take after my personal needs such as my vehicle and home contents insurance. The policy were suppose to start this month, no debit order, no policy documents have been received and when you call the landline ********** 072 it does not get answered. When you eventually get assisted it is not friendly service that I used to get. I will not recommend any client to put their business with them. If you do want great customer service, rather go to a bigger company that looks after their clients needs and demands. It is easy to take a clients money if you need to make target but with that comes great service as well and lately I have not received that. The staff and broker is not very friendly and I don't see the need why I have to beg for policy documents.
