Bad support and not credible

I have invested money into a trading account to get bonuses and It been 2 months that I requested cash out (that should take up to 15 days) Until now Novavtech is holding on the cash withdraw (pending approval) ignoring my follow up emails while wasting my time and money that I left in the trading account.
