FALSE INFORMATION

Good day, my 4 month old baby was using Novalac AR digest as prescribed by his Pediatrician. The problem first started when the product was out of stuck at all stores since the beginning of April. We then managed to find the product at Dischem Baby city however we noticed that it is now NOVALAC AR DIGEST +

I was under the impression that it is still the same formula, I then purchased 4 tins. Since my baby started using Novalac AR digest + he has been constipated and he has severe stomach cramps. The formula is now extra thick and becomes even more thicker when cold. I tried to return the closed tins of milk but the lady at Dischem advised that they are not allowed to exchange milk. A whole R1400 was wasted and my baby now has tummy problems because of this new formula. Why does the tin look exactly the same if the formula is now completely different?? Customers should have been made aware that the formula is not the same and the normal Novalac AR digest has been discontinued. This has been a major loss and a huge inconvenience for me. I am extremely disappointed in this brand.
