Very disappointed in level of customer service

I ordered and paid for a drone on Jan 10 2019 and received a tracking number the same day. Tracking worked fine up to Jan 17. Since then the parcel is somewhere in the sky and it doesnt help to send email to the support desk at Hyperstech. They just ignore any queries. Really not an online company I will recommend to anyone.
