No delivery of order and bad customer support

I ordered from them beginning of January 19 and I am still waiting. They said 40 to 45 days for delivery to SA. I am still waiting. Their support team response back quickly, but with conflicting information. When you point it out and ask where the package is, the response is I should call the post office myself and find out where it is. BAD SERVICE
