Purchased and paid for a smar****ch (XWhatch) and have received nothing but stupid automatic emails and excuses ever since. I think that they have a computerised system which generates a response regardless of what you say. They are obviously complete ********** and I wish I could take retribution. They say that they are based in the UK but they aren't. They lurk somewhere in Hong Kong. Don't buy anything from this crowd.
