Don't do business with Hyperstech

Bought 2 of the ecoheat s heaters. Nothing on their website says that this was an international order. Shipped to the United States and requires 220 - 240V. Step up converter capable of handling the max of 1200W will cost over $100. Heater is $75. Return shipping is $80. They do not offer return shipping. Customer service is terrible, every email get's a form letter response regardless of the content of my email. Initial shipping was terrible, tracking was not reliable and useless.
