Do not order from Novads / Hyperstech

Very poor service. Ordered a drone in November 2018. Continuously followed up. Every time say just wait a few days. We are at the end of May with no delivery yet. Then got them to send me a substitute to the USA. Because they said we are not on a regular route! Arrived in New York on 20 March. But has not moved eversince. Still saying wait a few days. Had more than 100 interactions with them via email.
