Complain - DroneX Pro not deliver yet

I bought via the Internet the DroneX Pro that they advertised in November 2018 on the 12th of November 2018. Order No 4da12931ac950q Track No RX ********** 71CH. Their initial delivery they said was 5 days. On enquiring where my order was I was informed that South Africa is not a regular delivery country and that the delivery will take 45 days. On enquiring on 02 February 2019 again I was inform that my delivery has expired. I did enquire regular as this is a present that my wife bought for me. The costs of this DroneX Pro was $99. Till today I have not received my order neither satisfactory feedback from the supplier.
