Do you know that this company use to be Contract seating , then Khanda Seating both been Liquidated last company liquidation nr G 595/2021

Now they are operating under Nova Seating and the website for Kanda is still running with Nova aswell exactly the same company

They can not be trusted at all 2 companies being liquidated over n period of 10 years

Wonder when Nova is going down after they have taken creditor's monies ? Again

I think the Liquidators of the company should report these conduct to the attorney General in terms of the Liquidation act

These people directors should be kept liable by law in there personal capacity and they are breaking the law in terms of the insolvency act aswell as the company's act of South Africa

They should be investigated
