On Friday the 24th of Jan i booked online for 1 night stay then on Saturday the 25th when I got to the gate the gentleman who was there at the gate requested the gate pass also the room number I contacted the business on call no one is taking calls, then I went to booking.com to atleast try to chat I waited over an 2 hours and no response. Had I never had cash I don't know where I'd sleep this was the bad experience and as we speak I requested refund so I'm still waiting on it to get processed
