UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

On the 1st od September I've placed an order on Nova-Cape Town via FB. I've paid R799 for my order. After a week I started following up on my order as I get no feedback. A Cindy informed me there was a problem with the courier in my area. Then I get a message via email, my order its on its way. Nothing been received. I followed up with her again and again just stories that they have a problem and will ship as soon as possible. Its now a month later and no package been received. They are not even replying to my emails where I requested a full refund. I can't even find them on FB or Instagram anymore but website still there.
