NOVA Shoes is a ****!
This company is a ****! They took a payment, asked for my address, sent a receipt of payment, yet failed to provide any contact numbers or a tracking number for my order which I paid R899 for !!!
I have received emails from a "Cindy" in customer support, but she never answers my actual questions about the tracking order or contact number. When I asked for a refund, she said, "I will see.."

08 Mar 2024, 23:06I finally got my refund today via FNB. The ***** team was alerted and they closed my card with which I made payment and issued a new card. This was a hassle but had to be done to stop potential *****ulent payments coming off of my card.
I had to complete a payment dispute form which FNB sent to me. It takes upto a month and there's no guarantee of payment recovery, but they may charge you a big fee over R300 for doing this.
I also alerted *** who sells domains to Godaddy. Nova-Capetown was registered with Godaddy so I managed to report it.
