Nova Capetown

I ordered a necklace from Nova Capetown on 29 Sep 2024.Shipping takes 3 - 5 days. Still have not received a tracking order or any feedback. I did send a mail asking why the delay as the necklace was in stock also no feedback. There is no contact number on the site, just an email address
