Nova Cape Town ****

Ordered a fan/heater a month ago and paid online. Since then, no delivery of goods, a computer-generated message to say that they are busy and "be patient", and now I cannot even get into their website (BLOCKED). No phone number, no physical address.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE A **** AND THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE MADE AWARE PLUS LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THEM - IF YOU CAN FIND THEM!!!
