Nova Cape ****mers!

I ordered a pair of linen pants on an Instagram ad almost 2 months ago from Nova-Capetown. they haven't delivered the pants despite them sending me an email blaming the delay on the shipment and that they would refund me if I chose so. I'm wondering if the company is now trading as Fashion Cape - both have the same picture of the linen pants on Instagram!!! It's absolutely appalling! I paid R799 and now they're asking for R899. Be aware, people! these guys are ****mers! Do not buy anything online through them. I wish there was a way of getting answers from them. Any suggestions? Nova Cape, DO THE RIGHT THING!
