NO RESPONSE ON ORDER PLACED OR E-MAILS SENT

I placed an order on 6 September which i paid for - received an e-mail confirming the order and payment ... then another email a week later to say there was an issue with the courier service they use - still to date no goods received and no response to numerous mails sent
