Poor customer service

We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. Products regularly take weeks to arrive, and we often receive the wrong items. And it is an ongoing problem, it is not the first time.

We waited a month for a DVR, only to receive the wrong DVR three times. We also waited three weeks for 4G solar cameras and eventually had to drive 200 km to another supplier who could assist us immediately.

Unfortunately, this has become a regular occurrence. The delays, incorrect orders and lack of reliable service are costing us valuable time and money.

We expect better service, accurate orders and reasonable turnaround times.
