We filled in their order form on their website to find out what their meals etc were about, however because payment wasn't made and no further communication from them we assumed that the order was not official (invoice & payment confirms order?). Weeks later we were approached by them, demanding the money. They went on to say that they had been delivering the meals and no-one was collecting the meals but we still had to pay. After the first meal wasn't collected they didn't call to ask? And exactly what business practice would deliver without payment in any way? This is all fine, though.. and we could have come to an agreement if they approached us in a professional manner. BUT, they went on to publicly post a screenshot of our Facebook profile to say we don't pay. But we didn't receive any products?! We didn't '*****'? The owner then gets a FRIEND to WhatsApp us and threaten us for payment (another reason to not trust your personal details with them as they seem to not be aware of POPIA). Their form is confusing, misleading and you never know how much money is due, and so this seems to be a tactic of theirs. Further posts were made on their Facebook profile, joking about how many people had now paid (their tactic is ************ and coercion!) By filling in the form you are automatically 'bound' to paying for their meals. Apart from being in contravention of many consumer protection laws, they are extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend AGAINST using them.
