Disappointed

So been going to Nourishment Wellness spa in Bellville for quite sometime. Bought 2x vouchers with them for full body massages. However I wanted to use it in Feb. for my mom and I and now no one is answering the phone, nor WhatsApp and email. If they closed or moved the least they could have done is refunded the people!!!! Really disappointed with them!!
