Absolutely disgusted, I ordered my device in August 2020... I am sitting here in February 2021 still waiting. My tracking number has expired 3 times and I have contacted them requesting a refund and they refuse saying they will ship another device (sure) do not buy from these idiots... With the amount of money you pay you'd expect better service or ATLEAST good communication. Utterly disgusted but these people.
