My last review , I was complaining abour the device I purchsed from NB , which never arrived , I was contacted by Sofie few weeks ago notifying me that they have shipped another device and its currently in my country , she gave all rhe details I needed to track it , I wm happy to announce that on Monday 15/02/2021 i received it and I am happy
