A ****, *****!!! Don't buy anything from them!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before busting this product. This company is a *****. I ordered mine more than six months ago, but never received it. Is sent them email and I was told that it has been lost on the way and was assured that another one will be sent to me..still haven't got any. Sent them email again and I was told the same thing again. I am still waiting. But looking at the reviews, doesn't look like I will be getting it. Is there any accouatibilty? How can we get our money back??? Shouldn't we lodge a complaint to consumer affairs? Why are they still there ******** people?
