Faulty power lines

This company is sub contracted by city power. They came on Friday to fix our ****** cables but they messed up the whole power lines and now most houses have no electricity on top of that they can't diagnose the root problem in order to fix it. We now don't have electricity for 4 days. No electricity no diagnosis.
