Poor communication and their role is to communicate in this regard,

The communication is poor to say the least. I ask for an update and being thrown around on a wild goose chase. I am told to call the number . I call and it’s either not picked up or an uninterested lady picks up the phone . She won’t email and she won’t even try assist over the phone . Whoever answers the WhatsApp only responds properly when you are still enquiring about costs after that it’s downhill. Maybe management changed in last 2 months since previous reviews looked good on google . At this stage I could have done the Pc the normal way if they refuse to communicate like a professional business .
