Horrible amount of infractions and violations.

A horrible amount of infractions to my personal information and major violations in accordance to POPIA.

The most *********** people I've ever done business with. I employed then regarding a letter of Non-Impediment. I had to pay R1500 as a deposit and was promised it would take 4-7 days for the letter to be there. I was really happy about this because the Department of Home Affairs would have taken 4 months.

7 days pass, they still couldn't find my letter. We're going on 21 days of constant phone calls to Notary and FINALLY someone decides they'll inquire about why the letter hasn't arrived yet. Finally, a week later, the letter arrives at Notary Pretoria. So excited, I went over there later the afternoon to collect my letter only to find out they sent my offical government letter away to some "Uber guy" earlier.

They get it back and I make sure to phone receptionist Desree to confirm that the letter is in fact ready for pick up. She confirms the letter is in fact there only for me to drive all the way from Pretoria North to Brooklyn to find out the letter is, in fact, not there...

I got my letter two days later via courier, crumbled up as though it was in the hands of a toddler.

Never doing business with them EVER again. Pay the extra money and get a better firm.
