We have endured an excruciating wait of more than 20 business days, which has now ballooned to an egregious 40+ days. Their communication skills, or lack thereof, have left us utterly dismayed from the onset. However, the situation has deteriorated to the point where we have been subjected to outright deception regarding a refund, only to be met with the appalling action of being blocked on WhatsApp. Let this serve as a stern warning to all potential patrons: steer clear of this ************ operation if you wish to avoid squandering your hard-earned money and dashed hopes on what can only be described as a transient entity.
