Bad customer service

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They have the worst communication i have ever seen. I have tried communicating with them via email but my emails are never answered if you call them the phone rings and never gets picked up. they say they will get back to you if you are so lucky to get in contact with them and you always have to call back because they will not call you back as they have said. I requested a refund from them for my unabridged birth certificate and I was told that the refund has been made and that it should take 3 - 5 business days to show up in my account. After that time period has passed and i still did not receive anything i called and asked for a proof of payment. They said it will be emailed to me, as per usual it was not. i called again and asked again and after calling them twice they finally sent a proof of payment showing that the refund has only been made today, 2 weeks after they have told me the refund has been made. As i stated earlier. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. It ads a lot more stress you don't need.
