car rental company *****

<p>i purchased a rent to own vehicle last year july 2016 and signed a contract and since that day i am still waiting he gives me broken cars everytime and from the first time i received the contract i have received 8 cars in total from him. The last car i received was a polo and he receives payment from me every month on time and the license he put on the car is for another car and when i asked him for the license of the car he does not answer my question and i feel that is ******* and should be reported and yet he still wants me to pay the instalment and when i drive the car the ppl at work keep on asking me why the license and number plate different the company is baltic management from schaapkraal</p>
