This Hello Peter report is to warn consumers to stay as a far away as possible from a person called Vinny Vin.

He claims to be able to provide personal loans for up to R300000 for fee of R4000.

He didn't mention that way he goes about doing it is by bribing certain banking Consultants to give loans to consumers that are blacklisted. Which I am. I have asked for a refund and he refuses to pay me. I believe that he has targeted multiple people on Facebook and de*****ed them of 10's of thousands of Rands.

Please stop this ****mster/*****ster in his tracks.
