The communication from this company is appalling and arrogant. " What can I expect in these tough challenging times? " I paid an annual subscription, and have not received a publication since April. After requesting a pro-rata refund, I was told that they do not entertain that type of request. I have paid for a service and am not receiving the product, surely that should be construed as theft? Never again will I be dealing with them.
