Horrific customer service from a cashier at till 13 in Pick n Pay Norwood Mall

i am deeply saddened by the absolute horrific service I received from a cashier at Pick n pay Norwood mall on till 13. The cashier was very rude and had a noticeable negative attitude towards me. even raised her voice at me at some point i am at a loss for words and i don't think that lady should be working in the shop that has upheld such high standards of customer service i am deeply appalled
