Disgusting treatment by Ackermans Balfour and MTN norwood.

<p>After being refered to MTN Norwood by Ackermans my phone has been in their custody or the repair centre for 5days without any reseasonalbe explaination. Despite being repaired and all ready to go. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I intially booked the phone in the lady at the desk fought with me about the contract and I was made to wait at least an hour before than.</p> <p>When contacting their repair centre today the phone was hung up on me twice, when I asked to speak to a manager. HVCR reapirs and MTN norwood have messed me around. </p> <p>when calling today the same thing occured. </p> <p> </p> <p>Many others complain about the shocking service at MTN Norwood mall but nothing is done about it. Had I known about the complaints I would not of sent it there. </p> <p> </p> <p>Both Ackermans and MTN I feel are resposible for reambursing me with the money that I had to pay for a new phone. That it has been 3weeks roughly with no phone to show for the abuse I have taken. </p> <p> </p> <p>If something is not done and a gross overhaul of procedures are not lookied at I will take this to carte blache.</p> <p>as </p> <p>1 There was a haweii store very close to me I was not informed of by any of these incompitent people.</p> <p>2 I am out of pocket for gross consumer negliagance</p> <p>3 None of the instore repair guys were able to assist</p> <p>4 I have been aubused and misused by every single company involved. </p> <p>5 Negligance on behalf of such eployees have caused me inconvience and emotial suffering. </p> <p> </p> <p>Never again will I use Ackermans, MTN or HVR CR repair centre. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hoping someone does something.</p> <p>Please feel free to contact me I take this up as a challenge for top mangement to actually consider the consumer seeing as how we are your breadline to profit.</p> <p> ********** 968</p>
