Disgraceful treatment

I arrived at the mall and proceeded to go to the disabled parking bay. I was informed by the attendants that I was neither disabled or old and could not use the parking bay. I said I had a disabled parking sticker and was on crutches. They would not listen and told me to go and park elsewhere. I had no option. And ended up parking quite far from the mall entrance
