TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

Jan 13 got norton antivirus. downloaded it and installed it. it crashed my pc continuously, uninstalled it. contacted them through customer service online email. no reply. i left it. dec 14 they took money from my account. i emailed them again, reference number of email is ***3, order number ***. told them to refund as i have not used this service since march 2013. no reply. i contacted my bank and reversed the transaction. was then finally able to cancel the account and delete all of my details off their website. now 3 months later, they contact my bank and give them paperwork and now the bank has taken my money again!!!! <br> Norton has no right to take it as this was cancelled and should have been cancelled in 2013 already.
